What To Expect from Your Dedicated Veterinary Team
1. Before Your Appointment: Seamless Onboarding
To ensure we have time to spend with your pet during their exam, we aim to get any paperwork completed before you walk through our doors.
· New Client Form: Please complete our online New Client Form prior to your appointment.
· Medical Records: If your pet has previous medical history, please bring those records with you or have your previous clinic email them to us at office@sumtercountyanimalhospital.com.
· New Client Welcome Offer: Don’t forget—we are currently offering $25 off your first wellness exam to help you get started with trusted, compassionate care!
2. Arrival & Check-In
We are conveniently located at 527 S. Main St. in Wildwood.
· Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so our front desk staff can welcome you, process any remaining paperwork, and get your pet settled.
· For the safety of all our patients and clients, please ensure all dogs are securely leashed and cats are in an appropriate carrier upon entering the lobby.

· After the exam, we will discuss our findings and collaborate with you on a tailored treatment or wellness plan that fits you and your pet.

· If your pet requires in-house diagnostics, surgery, dental care, or vaccinations, we will provide clear recommendations and transparent pricing so you can make an empowered decision for your pet’s health.
